Sinopsis

Lucía y Aurora están a punto de dejar su país junto a su madre, y necesitan que su padre ausente firme los documentos de salida. En una época en la que irse del país significaba irse para siempre, Carlos siente la necesidad de recuperar su lugar y el amor de sus hijas.

Lucía and Aurora are about to leave their country with their mother, and they need their absent father to sign the exit documents. In a time when leaving the country meant leaving forever, Carlos feels the need to reclaim his place and the love of his daughters.

Klaudia Reynicke es una guionista y directora de cine suiza y peruana que creció entre Perú, Suiza y Estados Unidos. En 2005 asistió a la Tisch School of Arts de la Universidad de Nueva York donde dirigió su primer cortometraje: Great Expectations: NY. En 2010, obtuvo un máster en dirección cinematográfica en la Escuela Cantonal de Arte de Lausana (ECAL) y en la Escuela Superior de Arte y Diseño de Ginebra (HEAD). Su primer largometraje, «Il nido» (2016), fue seleccionado en el Festival de Cine de Locarno y proyectado en la Mostra de São Paulo. Su segundo largometraje, «Love Me tender» (2019), también se proyectó en el Festival de Cine de Locarno y participó en varios festivales de renombre como el TIF, el BFI London Film Festival, el Festival de Cine Europeo de Sevilla, el BAFICI y el Tallinn Black Nights Film Festival.

Klaudia Reynicke is a Swiss and Peruvian screenwriter and film director who grew up between Peru, Switzerland and the United States. In 2005 he attended New York University’s Tisch School of Arts where he directed his first short film: Great Expectations: NY. In 2010, he obtained a master’s degree in film direction from the Cantonal School of Art in Lausanne (ECAL) and the Geneva College of Art and Design (HEAD). His first feature film, «Il nido» (2016), was selected at the Locarno Film Festival and screened at the São Paulo Mostra. His second feature film, «Love Me tender» (2019), was also screened at the Locarno Film Festival and participated in several renowned festivals such as TIF, BFI London Film Festival, Seville European Film Festival, BAFICI and Tallinn Black Nights Film Festival.
