Virgilio Martinez is much more than a chef. His passion and creativity have led him to rediscover the territory of his country, Peru, to the point of turning it into a canvas on which he captures his gastronomic art and which, after years of research and development, will take him to the pinnacle of gastronomy world.

After a lifetime dedicated to the world of art and entertainment, in 2015 he founded House of Chef with the aim of conveying, as an author and director, a way of understanding and telling stories around cooking, the identity of the territory, the world of wine, and spirits in an emotive and human manner. His films have traveled the world, being premiered at important film festivals, garnering international awards, and having commercial releases on major streaming platforms and television.
